1.3.1
Jul 2026
Latest
- Fixed: the in-app What's New tab wasn't showing recent updates.
1.3
Jul 2026
- Redesigned Live view: a wider window with a champ-select dashboard and per-player loading-screen cards for both teams.
- New Home tab: a position-by-position tier list and a patch-summary image (click to preview).
- Tap a loading-screen player to see if they're a one-trick or their most-played champions.
- Send feedback right from the app — no email client required.
- Fixed: hovering a champion in champ select now shows ally and enemy picks before they lock in, not just after.
- If Rift Companion ever needs to pause for an update, it now waits until your game ends instead of interrupting a match, and shows a clear "Update Required" screen with a download button instead of a dead end.
- Rift Companion now updates itself — when a new version is ready you'll get a "Relaunch to update" prompt right in the app. No more downloading from the site by hand.
- This 1.3 is the last version you'll install manually — from here on, updates come to you.
1.2
Jun 2026
- Gold panel now pairs you against your direct lane opponent, colors who's ahead, and underlines the lane winner.
- The team ahead on total gold is called out more clearly; team labels now read BLUE / RED.
- Behind the scenes: Apple-notarized distribution and single-source versioning across all builds.
1.1
Jun 2026
First public release
- Read-only in-game overlays: popular build, matchup-adapted build, gold tracking, and summoner-spell cooldowns.
- Champ-select window reads the League client and shows popular runes plus a build for your champion.
- Main window with Live, Home, What's New, and Settings tabs, launched from the menu-bar icon.
- ARAM support, resolution-aware scaling, and brand polish (logo violet, hextech gold).
- Anonymous, opt-out usage ping — never your Riot ID, summoner name, or game data.
